My international transfer at KLM Airlines JFK Terminal 4 was one of the most seamless I've experienced in a long time. Coming from a domestic U.S. flight and transferring to a KLM international flight at Terminal 4 was actually stress-free. Being the person who usually has to contend with tight layovers, I appreciated finding that signage and staff guidance made traveling between gates very easy. The KLM transfer desk was efficient and answered my questions quickly, even making some minor changes to my itinerary. Security clearance was respectful of my time and quick. Even with JFK's bad reputation for delays, the process seemed streamlined and user-friendly. I had plenty of time to get a snack and settle in before boarding. The flight boarded precisely on time, and the staff was attentive throughout. My bags also made the connection without a hitch. The efficiency of KLM's ground crew and their competence in handling time-sensitive transit logistics effectively impressed me. If your international layover is at JFK, KLM is certainly a reliable option. Their attention to detail rendered what could have been a harried experience very much manageable and even pleasant.
