My last trip with Copa Airlines from JFK was off to a great beginning. The check-in desk was moving quickly and was adequately manned with friendly agents. Copa Airlines JFK Terminal had available self-check kiosks, which expedited the dropping off of the luggage even more for online check-in passengers. TSA security lines were minimal, and the staff walked us through without any ambiguity. The terminal was neat, well-lit, and well-organized signage that led passengers to restrooms, stores, and gates. I was able to quickly get a coffee and charge my phone by the gate. On-time boarding was announced and done in zones with assistance provided for families and passengers with special needs. The crew kept everything running smoothly. Both on the ground and in flight, the service was uniform. From the moment I reached the terminal to the time of departure, Copa made everything easy. I'd happily recommend their operations at JFK terminal.
