Southwest Airlines O'Hare International Airport +1-888-839-0502
Hello, Flew Southwest Airlines O'Hare International Airport this past weekend, and it was much better than I anticipated. I normally like to use Midway for Southwest, but it was not terrible at all. The directions could be a little better (had to ask one time), but once I was at the gate, everything was perfect. The employees were totally relaxed and understanding, particularly with some passengers who appeared frazzled. They boarded like professionals and even got us out of the gate a few minutes ahead of schedule.
Passengers traveling with ORD Southwest Terminal will experience reduced check-in counters, self-service machines, and proximity to TSA security checkpoints. Although Southwest boasts its open seating and two free checked bags, customers can still look forward to the same hospitality and low prices as they would at any other Southwest base.
