Maximize the value of your Chase Ultimate Rewards by transferring points to Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles. It’s a great way to access award flights with Turkish Airlines and other Star Alliance members like Lufthansa, ANA, and United.
To begin, you must hold a qualifying Chase card—such as the Chase Sapphire Preferred®, Sapphire Reserve®, or Ink Business Preferred®. If you use a Freedom Flex? or Unlimited® card, first combine your points with one of these premium cards to unlock the transfer feature.
Next, register for a free Miles&Smiles account via the Turkish Airlines website. Make sure your name matches your Chase account details to ensure a smooth transfer.
From your Chase Ultimate Rewards dashboard, navigate to “Transfer to Travel Partners,” select Turkish Airlines, and enter the number of points to convert. Transfers happen at a 1:1 rate and typically process instantly—though occasionally it may take up to 24 hours.
