Hi, Flying out of Southwest Airlines SJC Terminal was such a breeze! The terminal is clean, new, and easy to maneuver, particularly if you're traveling with family members like I had. We were able to check in rapidly using the kiosks, and the Southwest staff were helpful and courteous. Security flew by quicker than I thought, even on a Friday morning. The seating around the gates was comfortable and there were plenty of charging stations—which is a big bonus when you're flying with electronics. There's also a really good selection of food choices—Peet's Coffee was where we stopped to grab something to eat before getting on. I loved how streamlined the boarding was, which is a Southwest asset overall. The terminal for Southwest as a whole provides convenience with a laid-back atmosphere. I’d happily fly from there again. It just made the whole travel day feel lighter and less chaotic.
