Hi, The Southwest Airlines MIA Terminal staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick with few lines, and self-service kiosks made it that much quicker. Security screening went by quickly, and obvious signs made it simple to get to my gate. The terminal was clean and cozy, with ample seating and charging outlets. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants, which made waiting pleasant. Overall, it was a nice and hassle-free airport experience with Southwest at MIA.
