Do you know the highest score in IPL history, fairly an easy record to break in the years to come? In 2013, the Royal Challengers Bangalore made the highest score when batting first in IPL history at 263 runs against Pune Warriors India. The whole incident was highlighted by a superb innings of 175*, the best in individual IPL history, scored by Chris Gayle. That was a very good exhibition of aggressive T20 batting, with each RCB contributor significantly adding to the compilation. This match, which broke records, was a fine display of the batting strength of the team and set standards not easily replicated by other teams in the league
