Traveling with United Airlines IST Terminal was easy. The terminal itself is contemporary and streamlined, with efficient check-in and friendly bilingual attendants at the United Airlines desks. Security lines were brief, and airport signage made finding the gates a breeze. I liked the efficient boarding process, with United representatives making announcements and offering support to passengers. The lounges around the terminal, including partner lounges that United travelers can use, provided a peaceful area with refreshments and Wi-Fi. Food and shopping were varied and of high standard. On the flight itself, the crew was respectful and friendly, and this was an added factor in the overall pleasant experience. If you're passing through IST, the United Airlines terminal is both comfortable and convenient. It's apparent that they put emphasis on service and efficiency here, which made flying internationally such a pleasure. Great for passengers in need of a good transit option through Istanbul.
