My elderly mother and I recently flew out of Allegiant Air IHR Terminal and we were impressed with the accessibility and service level that they offered. From the parking lot to the gate, the crew were friendly and ensured she received everything she needed. We availed ourselves of a wheelchair service that arrived promptly and was professionally managed. The terminal structure is small and easy to maneuver around without undue stress. Elevators and ramps were provided where necessary, and signs were large and clear. Employees communicated clearly and even assisted us in finding a quiet area to sit while waiting for our flight. Boarding was done carefully and with respect for those requiring extra time. This experience gave me peace of mind and demonstrated that this terminal is a good choice for travelers who need a little extra assistance. It's nice to see that level of respect and service.
