Traveling with Norse Atlantic from JFK was better than expected. Norse Atlantic Airlines JFK Terminal truly enhances the low-cost flying experience with smooth operations and excellent staff. Despite being a budget airline, the service felt premium. The check-in staff were cheerful and helpful, assisting with seat preferences and baggage questions. The terminal is older, but it’s well-organized and not overwhelming like other parts of the airport. I appreciated the easy access to shops and restrooms, and there was plenty of seating available. Boarding was done in small groups and was on time. I especially noticed how Norse staff were patient with passengers who needed assistance. Overall, it was a very calm and efficient departure experience. I’d absolutely fly from JFK with them again.
