Hello, Flying United Airlines EWR Terminal was actually pretty easy. We got there early, anticipating the usual airport hassle, but check-in was quick and employees were amazingly friendly — even assisting me to fold up our stroller at security. The terminal itself is quite new, with a lot of room to sit and a wonderful range of food (shout-out to the wonderful pizza place!). Boarding was well-organized and on schedule, and gate agents were cooperative with all of the family travelers. I liked having the charging stations close to the gate, and even my children were happy watching planes from the enormous windows. For the most part, it seemed that United had given careful consideration to the travel experience in this case. It was one of the smoother airport morning experiences I've had with my family. Would definitely choose EWR's United terminal again for future flights.
