Hi, I just went to the United Airlines Calgary Office to reserve a last-minute flight to Houston for a business meeting. The staff were extremely efficient and professional, taking me through all the options available and even assisting me in using my MileagePlus miles to upgrade. What struck me most was how patient they were when I had to change my itinerary because meeting times were changed. They also explained my baggage allowance clearly and made sure I had all the necessary travel documents. It was so much more personal than booking on the internet. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, and I felt reassured and ready when I left the office. If you're departing from Calgary and require help above the minimum, I highly recommend utilizing this office. Their face-to-face assistance saved me time and prevented expensive mistakes.
