My flight experience with United Airlines LTN Terminal was extremely good, beginning with the check-in. The United Airlines counters were simple to find, and the personnel were friendly and efficient. I had already checked in online, so dropping off my luggage was fast and trouble-free. The terminal is smaller than the other London terminals, but that actually made the process less stressful and much quicker. Security scanning was a simple process, with courteous staff assisting in keeping the flow unobstructed. On the whole, the United Airlines staff at LTN Terminal were top-notch in their service, allowing me to begin my journey relaxed and on schedule.
